At Happy Hippo, we want you to love your new look, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn items. Simply ensure your garments are in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all fashion tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and tape it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is fully processed.
